Everyone Is Perfect

Everybody wants to be someone. Everybody keeps an idol in his or her mind. When you ask a person, what he wants to be  in future, he would not say he wants to be himself, but he would say something else. A true spiritual man, a man who knows himself has no inferiority complex, because he never compares. And hence without comparison you can not judge whether something is inferior or superior. He is simply himself.

He accepts the way he is and he enjoys to be himself. He finds the life very blissful because he doesn't feel left out as he is complete in himself. Since he enjoys his every moment, others also wants to be with him to flow in his aura of joy to taste few drops of happiness.

Happiness Within



We always think about happiness. We use to visit hills, beaches, lagoons, historical places just in the search of happiness. But what we find is just some strains of it and when we return home the loneliness overpowered us and we all of a sudden become sad. What we could not find is the permanent solution of our sorrows and tension.

We are in habit of running far from ourselves with a view that happiness is somewhere beyond our reach. We forget one direction which leads inside, the darker part of our heart. We feel afraid in doing this as we are scared of ourselves. We dont have dare to peep in side but at the same time we perhaps dont know that there is only one source of happiness and that is within ourselves only.

Just lit a candle of love within your heart and u will find that a stream of happiness is oozing out from the depth of darkness. You will feel a wetness of sympathy for those who are still wandering in the search of happiness.

Love is the only phenomenon at all time under all sky which not only fills you with happiness but it also transmitted to others through your positive thinking and feelings for them.

Oxygen: A Troubleshooter


One of the main reason of thoughts overloading our mind is the lack of oxygen. And thoughts is the reason of tensions.

It is often advised to breathe deeply to in the morning to kill your tensions. The reason behind this is the oxygen. Go out in the open air during morning, in the greenery to some serene place and chant Humm and you will see a vibration will produce inside you.

Fruits gives energy and detoxifies the body. When we eat fruits we care taking in oxygen indirectly. Do Stretch Exercises or Yoga as it increases the blood flow in various parts of your body thus supplying essential oxygen to all those parts.

Breathing Oxygen deeply and good blood circulation keeps you fresh and healthy, when you are healthy your body produces positive energy which keeps you happy. A happy mind keeps away the tensions.

Thoughts are not bad, let the thoughts come in. But they should be in a way that one should take out his work from the thoughts. Thoughts shouldn't make  you work. We should be able to solve our problems with thoughts. But we shouldn't go to that extent of thoughtfulness that it becomes a problem.

Happiness; How to Find?


The question, how to find happiness can be very good and interesting for many of us. In this modern era, everyone is in search of this feeling. And so this question becomes even more important, but the truth is that this may be one of the most stupid question because you don't find happiness. Happiness finds you. When you understand yourself, love yourself you will find happiness is in your being not in the Himalayas or in temples or in Church.

We spoil our today for a better tomorrow, but if today is not good so will be tomorrow because the planning which you doing for the coming tomorrow, that tomorrow will never come. Because you are so much into future planning that you will continue to do so, and you will never understand that you have lost some special moments of life and the ":tomorrow" which you were dreaming off has left you behind.

Sorrow and happiness are two parts of the life one should accept. Consider every aspect of life in two forms of energy, positive and negative. If Happiness is positive energy, then sadness is negative energy. Your thoughts are also energy, if you think you are happy, positive energy will increase and thus the happiness, if you think you are sad or bored, negative energy will increase and hence the sorrow.

What is Love and Attachment?


Love and Attachment are two different things, but most of us see it as one or two, but interconnected things. If love is there, attachment would be there and if attachment is there, love would be there; This is what we believe, but it may not be true.

Love is a positive feeling, whereas attachment is not as positive emotion as love. Love only brings happiness, attachment is the reason of sorrow in life. When you are attached to someone or something, you are afraid of loosing them. You cannot tolerate if someone harms them.

Love can only grow, but attachment can become suffocating. So believe in love. There are always two types of energy, positive and negative. See every aspect of life as positive or negative energy then you will understand that love is a positive energy whereas attachment may not.

It is hard to separate love from attachment and vice versa in the earlier stage. But try if you are searching for bliss. Love doesn't teach detachment. Love doesn't need words to grow. Even in silence it is spreading all around you. When you meet your special one you talk to them for sometime and then you see there is a silence for some time. If you feel little uncomfortable during that time then it is not love or may be you haven't reached to that level. Because in love you don't need to talk always. You just enjoy their company.
