We spoil our today for a better tomorrow, but if today is not good so will be tomorrow because the planning which you doing for the coming tomorrow, that tomorrow will never come. Because you are so much into future planning that you will continue to do so, and you will never understand that you have lost some special moments of life and the ":tomorrow" which you were dreaming off has left you behind.
Sorrow and happiness are two parts of the life one should accept. Consider every aspect of life in two forms of energy, positive and negative. If Happiness is positive energy, then sadness is negative energy. Your thoughts are also energy, if you think you are happy, positive energy will increase and thus the happiness, if you think you are sad or bored, negative energy will increase and hence the sorrow.
We have to understand that we don't need any reason to be happy. Happiness should be in our nature
