Oxygen: A Troubleshooter


One of the main reason of thoughts overloading our mind is the lack of oxygen. And thoughts is the reason of tensions.

It is often advised to breathe deeply to in the morning to kill your tensions. The reason behind this is the oxygen. Go out in the open air during morning, in the greenery to some serene place and chant Humm and you will see a vibration will produce inside you.

Fruits gives energy and detoxifies the body. When we eat fruits we care taking in oxygen indirectly. Do Stretch Exercises or Yoga as it increases the blood flow in various parts of your body thus supplying essential oxygen to all those parts.

Breathing Oxygen deeply and good blood circulation keeps you fresh and healthy, when you are healthy your body produces positive energy which keeps you happy. A happy mind keeps away the tensions.

Thoughts are not bad, let the thoughts come in. But they should be in a way that one should take out his work from the thoughts. Thoughts shouldn't make  you work. We should be able to solve our problems with thoughts. But we shouldn't go to that extent of thoughtfulness that it becomes a problem.
